You can return items within 14 days of receiving your package. Due to hygiene reasons, we will only accept the return if the seal on the box/bottle/soap has not been broken or removed. If you want to return an item, please contact us, so we can help you as best we can. If we accept your return, you can send the items back to us. These shipping costs will be paid by you. After we receive the package, we will contact you to send you a full refund or a gift card!
Our honeycomb soap sets and our sample set of fragrance oils cannot be returned, due to the lack of hygienic seal.
If you recieve your package with broken items, please contact us. We will make sure to find a fitting solution either by sending you a new item or a refund!
